The Homepna module (il.o) for Bering 1.2 is available in my testing directory

I believe I still have 1.1, do you believe it would work with it?

[I'll try to update ASAP though...]

Give it a try and let me know if it is working OK

It did seem to detect it and to load itself without any error messages (even though I
have
Dlink DHN-520s and not Linksys NICs but I cannot seem to be able to assign it an IP
(I added what I believe was the appropriate info to /etc/network/interfaces)).

[I even got (at least once) a register dump... )-; ]

7: eth3: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST> mtu 787932 qdisc noop qlen 100
    link/[27744] 50:52:00:00:00:00 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:00:50

[Default MTU is weird, is that normal?]

It is detected as:

eth3: Broadcom InsideLine10(tm) PCI Network Adapter 2.34.0.2

There is one thing though, that pc had already 3 NICs (Tulip based, Linksys LNE100TX
version 2.0 I believe) and I had to replace the video card with an ISA card so that
I could put that additionnal NIC but when that video card is in there, it doesn't
always
boot ok so maybe the problem is not with the driver but somewhere else (I'll have to do
additionnal tests)...

Merci!

Nick
