It was definitely Odvar who brought the whale meat. And it wasn't tinned - he'd brought several large lumps of the stuff - must have been fun getting that through the security and customs at LBA! We tried to get the Adelphi staff to cook some up, but they wouldn't have it. I was one of the poor souls Odvar 'forced' some of the meat on (though to be fair, he'd made the offer on List beforehand and then brought enough for everyone who'd joked 'yes'!). Mine went in the bin outside the Adelphi, which is where I suspect most of it went. Must have smelled pretty bad by the end of the day...
