My present was this:
I reformed the team of Muslim & Jewish girls.
Having learned from last year I hope I have overcome the hurdles.
I do know politics & I shafted the main objections tonight [
unfortunately
not on ideological grounds but an ego thing] I just hope I have lined my
ducks up right. If not I've got enough 'dry powder' to fight back.
I play 'politics' on the two out of three principle, In other words
demand
three gains to give up on one and make out your magnanimous. .
Tonight I made three demands & provisionally got them all. I can safely
'give up on ' any one from two.
I must confess I love the game. And it made my day.
The first reports about our Sheikh are disconcerting, The plus side of
his
horse fancying is maybe we can get Michael Owen.
