I guess I am the prime apologist for becchio, and would agree with pretty
much everything you say. we all know he is a player with serious
limitations, but so are pretty all our players, we are a championship team.
It's not his fault and should we rustle up the money to by ronaldo and messi
I'd be happy for him to move on, til then he des a job he's asked to do and
scores goals and annoys the opposition and puts in 100% and should be
cheered for those reasons.  If he was workshy or scored a couple a season
then fine, but he's not.  Successive managers have stuck with him including
Colin, how knows more about footie that all of us put together.  He doesn't
feign injury but does fall over a lot, but afaik hasn't ever been booked for
it so maybe he is just being fouled all the time?
