I dont get the criticism against him with regards to "it was only a tap in goal". A tap in goal doesnt count? tell that to Gerd Muller. I am not in love with becchio but can we get real about the fact that a goal is a goal is a goal.
Hes also one of the few that have lasted over the last years, to some extent probably because hes not the best, ref. Howson etc, granted. Still its nice to be able to recognize one of the lads at the start of a new season. every time a new season starts almost the entire team is new!
