I think the best sides play with tricky and pacey wingers. The best Leeds side I saw in the last 10 years had Gradel and Snodgrass on the wings. Had Bates not dismantled that team to line his pockets, we would be in the Prem now.
I do trust McDermott to make the right calls. Kebe is decent afaik. Dunno about Stewart.
