My understanding is that the licensing arrangements (or lack thereof)
allow them to offer this to overseas fans.

As for being an overseas fan, simple fact is that my local team did
not exist when I first discovered Leeds. So yeah, I should support
that club more, but Leeds is still #1 to me.

Finally, I would move to England in a heartbeat, but unfortunately the
UK government does not accept "be closer to Leeds United" as a valid
reason to let me live there.
