I think that Farke has been brilliant and I hope that he long continues to be so for Leeds United.
But I'm pretty sure that the dropped points these last matches are down to him and not the players. They are good enough to go (& stay) up but they need to be let off the leash because they're not good enough to play with the metaphorical hand tied behind their back. The team has got to move up a couple of gears and the handbrake has to come off (preferably the other way round or there'll be a horrible smell of burning) - that's almost certainly down to the manager ...
