No news is probably good news as far as that is concerned. Rich Duniec (Chair of LUST) posted on WACCOE that when LUST approached Bates about a deal, they were asked to sign a 7 page confidentiality agreement (which included a clause about not disclosing that a confidentiality agreement actually existed). They didn't sign. The fact that Revie has provided proff of funds and then gone quiet might be (and I'm speculating) because he has signed such an agreement.
