If there's going to be another vote on Monday

  1) Is it restricted to those who voted on Friday ?

Ie Can people who didn't turn up on Friday now turn up and vote.

Equally i assume some people may not be able to attend on Monday - so will
their votes from Friday now not count

However, the ballot papers we were
given rounded the value of debt down to the nearest £1000 to ease the voting
process. So for all 20 year ST holders, we were given £3000 of voting power,
even though for some the debt was much more. Likewise, small traders had
their votes rounded down too.

Given that the margin was so minute, I suspect KPMG will realise that they
need to count the vote on the basis of the more accurate debt detailed in
their statement. Most small traders will have voted against the proposal,
when the hundreds are added to the thousands, the 24.98% against may stretch
to over 25%.
