Sorry but you are wrong. That is where this is different to the PLC, Adulant 
Force, and Romans Heavies situations.
The Limited Company that was Leeds United and which held the golden share 
was the 1920 company. (Yes 1920, not 1919). This 1920 company has survived 
intact over the recent upheavals because it was its parent companies which 
were liquidated but the 1920 company was  passed on completely intact. It's 
ownership (i.e. shareholders) changed but the company was the same. This 
time is different. This time the 1920 company itself has gone. That is why 
the Football Leagues agreement to the transfer of the "golden share" is 
critical. If the golden share is what makes something a football club, then 
right now there isn't a LU football club as I understand it. Please correct 
me if I am wrong in this.
