Generally correct in meaning I think, except that this time the club itself 
has been closed down and a new one formed as I understand it..

I think it was the proposal to sell the assets of the 1920 club to a new 
company which has brought about this situation. I'm not sure if the Golden 
share has to be transferred if the "company" merely changes ownership 
(perhaps you need some sort of approval as opposed to a transfer) but I 
suspect that this is of a different mangnitude. I really don't have 
sufficient depth of knowledge to say definitely.

I'm not sure that in previous administrations there have been blatant 
attempts to use the Leagues own rules to "influence" the way people vote 
during a CVA. I think it was obvious that the League might be viewing this 
methodology in a different light to other methodologies. Having said all 
that, I still don't think the F League will decide to fight this battle.
