I am, er, have a friend (who shall remain nameless, not least because I'm not sure of his name myself) who is interested in buying the bridge. He lives overseas, so I act as his representative in the UK. It might seem odd to you that I do not know his name, but I assure you that this is perfectly common in many friendships. This is not an arrangement we have come to just to stop some of my other friends making an offer to buy the bridge. If my firnd buys the bridge he is a very generous soul and would like for you to still be able to use the bridge for a small fee. Obviously, even though he owns the bridge, you would need to pay any monies necessary for maintaining its upkeep. I'm sure you'll be able to spot a good deal when you see one and that you realise this is the only way for the cattle to still be able to cross the bridge at all.
