To a degree. I think what they are saying is that we can play games while in administration (which The LUFC owned by Bates isn't, although the Golden share belongs to the old company in the hands of KPMG -that will be liqidated and that and the value of Bates bid shared among creditors. we still can't sign players, and potentially might not be able to do so until Sept 3rd.
