There appears to have been a load of bollocks spouted about whether or not we can sell or sign players. In true Mark Humphries style I went and asked the Football League.
Here are some facts from the FL as opposed to the rubbish told by Bates and his apologists. If the playing squad is less than 20 full time proffessionals a club can sign players in administration. I believe we currently have 16 but I'm open to correction on this. Selling players is not a problem as long as it is done acording to League rules. Oh and another interesting FACT we are allowed to stay in administration for up to 18 months. Although I agree this is not an ideal situation it does mean that Wise does have the opportunity to shuffle his pack, although not a wholesale clear out and is certainly not the doom and gloom merchants no go situation we might be led to believe.
