Pete, Perhaps no other CVA was ever challenged, because no other CVA was ever put together, quite like this one.
You are right in thinking that the rules were changed, but I don't believe you'll find that it was the FL who have been the ones changing or manipulating them. Had everything been done, openly and by the rules, I believe we'd have had out golden share re-allocated some time ago. As it stands, we may never get it... Focus your anger where it truly belongs.
