Yes exactly. He faced total loss or living to fight another day no matter 
what problems it may cause.
It would explain the obvious exasperation diplayed by KPMG and their -good 
luck with getting your share back -statement.
It also explains the FL statements which left a get-out so long as the club 
did not submit paperwork proving that we were no longer in administration.
So in order for the current owners to live to fight on, the club is now in a 
dilemma where we cannot on the face of it meet either of the two criteria 
for the GS. No wonder it has all gone quiet and the FL are taking legal 
advice. Can I prove it - no.
Alternatively, many would have us believe that the mean and nasty FL don't 
want to give the GS back to Leeds because they hate us.
The FL were the ones who brought up exceptional circumstances in the first 
place. Why mention it at all ? Something stopped them.
