I just wanted to know because I often reply offlist to people and don't want
to make the same mistake.

I still cant see how it can happen without either cut&paste and/or typing
addresses into the to: field, but maybe to replied to an onlist email,
decided against that one, deleted the text and started again in reply to the
offlist one..
