And what is happening at the moment? Well from the Dump it looks like our
governing body are either:
A). Dragging their heels without informing anyone of where they are
because they don't actually know what to do next.
B). Staying schtum just to spite Bates
C). A mixture of the two because they are totally incompetant?

OK, before anyone electronically shoots me! This is merely guesswork and
is based on very little fact (Lets face it, not many of us (IF any infact)
know what the FL are upto at the moment and why they are remaining
silent.)

If (And it's a huge if) The FL are going to use the exceptional
circumstance thingumijig (Stop me if I'm getting too technical) then what
are they waiting for? Are they simply making us wait to spite Bates?
(Which as a governing body is nothing short of criminal isn't it?)
If they were not going to give it, why the wait? They've had two weeks
with all the paperwork they requested (eventually) even by Lawyer
standards that surely is sufficient time to go through what they have and
make a decision.
I guess I shouldn't be uprised that incompetance has involved itself in
this whole sorry saga again, but the FL are IMHO showing real signs of
incompetancy with this silence.
