I think that Mark H may have a point regarding the exceptional circumstance clause however I'm not sure that it's payment of any more monies from LUAFC Ltd that is being arranged. Payment of any more to HMRC would contravene preferential payment rules, however it wouldn't be beyond comprehension that a pre-payment plan for taxation collected by LUFC 2007 might be considered in order.
