What on earth is this world coming to? We're going to the dogs I tell you! I'd make it a double and force her to listen to it every day for a month, then test her on the lyrics! Have so far managed a ticket for the O2 Arena and possibly one for Dublin, rumours abound that they will headline the Friday at the Leeds Festival. You can stick your Newton Faulkners of this world, just plug a Gibson into a Marshall stack and .... ROCK!!
On another musical note, anyone see Oasis on The Electric Prom last night? Now I'm not the biggest fan of theirs, although I do like Noel's FU attitude and humour, but I have to say it was excellent. Liam's voice aside (He's a complete tosspot IMHO) I thought the whole thing was quality, the drummer they now have is the closest thing to Moon the Loon since ... well, Keith Moon!!!! > Listen to this.
