Excellent ta! Its just convinced me to go for the Touch Pro on Vodafone now. I loved the HD but couldn't quite get to grips with predictive text again so the keyboard sorts me out. Now I know they are effectively the same phone on the inside! If you get the HD beware that Orange are sh1t coverage wise and indeed they were featured on watchdog tonight I noticed for just that reason!!
Only prob now is Vodafone... anyone else still boycott Sharp products?? I changed my travel insurance midyear from AIG too. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Richard Naef Sent: 16 March 2009 20:50 To: 'LUList' Subject: Re: [LU] Non LU new phones The normally reasonably objective PC Pro made my mind up (plus a visceral and unjustified hate of Apple and all it stands for :) http://www.pcpro.co.uk/reviews/235431/htc-touch-hd.html ttfn Richard > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] > [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of > Matt Anderson > Sent: 16 March 2009 18:01 > To: 'LUList' > Subject: [LU] Non LU new phones > > *** WARNING - no steward complaints/ pessimistic Israeli > based comment / Bates or Beckford slating/supporting here - > please delete if that's what you are after *** > > > > Am in a dilemma! > > > > Just had to send back my lovely HTC Touch HD phone because my > central London home location is not covered by an Orange > signal!!!!
