As for our beloved LUFC, we're the form team by a country mile and it seems
solid in all areas of the pitch compared against the other three....but but
but... I wouldn't care if the ball is hoofed up into the air for 90mins as
long as we don't lose and bring them back to ER.
I'm feeling quietly confident - it's very worrying!!
I didn't think we'd beat Doncaster last year. I thought they were the best
side in the Division by a long way and outplayed us in both normal League
games even though we won at the Keepmoat.
This season I think we're as good, if not better, than all the other three
clubs in the play-offs and all things being equal, we should win through.
The only trouble is, with cup football, which in essence the play-off is, it
only needs one piece of bad luck or one shite refereeing decision and we're
stuffed, unlike a league season where luck tends to even itself out.
I'm really looking forward to it though, in a masochistic kind of way.
