That depends, a recently relegated club, with ambition to get back up to the 
championship quickly, may decide to risk the higher wage demands, after all 
he's proven he can do the job at this level.

I suspect that a few clubs are interested but are waiting to a bit later to 
avoid paying wages for June and July and in some cases (relegated Premier 
teams) waiting to see what they have left after a summer clearout.
