No disagreement about the enjoyment factor now. I just do not want to trade happiness now for happiness at the end of the season.

I disagree about promotion happening anyway. We are in a poor patch in the league (in my view brought on by Cup distraction), and if it goes on much longer, we will be overtaken by 2 decent teams, and after that it will be a significant battle to get ahead of them. Not saying we can't/won't do it, but I am saying the cup run reduces our chance of promotion, and I would prefer to bow out gracefully now, to the point I am hoping we lose to Spurs in the replay (blue touch-paper lit, stand back).

Nah, I would swap both this and the ManU win for an increased
probability of promotion.

Don't get me wrong, I loved the ManU game and I am loving this game
as well. BUT, this cup run reduces our chance of promotion, and for
that I am not happy. I just think promotion is top priority bar
nothing.

This is what football is about. Small moments of glory amongst vast

The sooner you work that out, the more you enjoy these small moments
of glory. The last time we did anything like this was when we punched
above our weight in the champions league.

Give me today over being fucking Burnley, Bolton, Wigan or Hull any
day of the week.

We Are Leeds!

So, more glory, another game against top opposition, more money.....

We seem to be up for the cup games and not for the league matches.

Would be happier had we lost gracefully.
