I'm not talking about spotless expenses, the very word is covered
inshite, I'm talking about taking the piss, expenses, Iraq, fat twat
bankers, all of 'em.
I'm happily watching my local council budget being rolled out up here -
more money spent on sandwiches and buns for councillors on a good screw
than on some quite simple and essential services.
