Hi Steve They do still use the loyalty system and they have even introduced loyalty points for applying for a ticket rather than getting a ticket, so if you apply and get knocked back they a viewing you as loyal, which you are so this is good - I guess, but they only apply this at present to a number of games they deem loyalty games.

I'm not sure when they stopped using this system but I think it was fairly recently and it would not take a lot of work to reinstate it if they were so minded.
