Hi Steve

They do still use the loyalty system and they have even introduced
loyalty points for applying for a ticket rather than getting a ticket,
so if you apply and get knocked back they a viewing you as loyal, which
you are so this is good - I guess, but they only apply this at present
to a number of games they deem loyalty games.

I'm pretty sure that the ticket office did operate a loyalty system for
away games, loyalty being defined simply as the more games you went to
the more points you got and the better your chance of getting a ticket.


I'm not sure when they stopped using this system but I think it was
fairly recently and it would not take a lot of work to reinstate it if
they were so minded.
