In yesterdays class for CNC users Chris said one of the classes would be for a chess set he designed. You may want to look at the schedule and sit in on the class to get few ideas. Chances are it will be more than one class. You can see the schedule by going to Legacycncwoodworking .com go to the tabCNC101 and then online Training. Lately the classes have been on Wednesday but they do change, and I have seen them wait until the day of the class to post a class for that day.
