Awespome job! IF I may suggest to you that you buy a new 80/20 rails for the Y axis, that way you do not have to join the alum. rails to make the carraige unit's Y axis any longer/wider. I belive that rail is close enough to make the Carraige and the Z axis work? In my way of thinking,Your weak link is the rail. It couldnt hurt to look into it. ;-) C.A.G.
