Thank you Ron I thought it might have been something like that I actually thought it might have been screws similar to some of the regular legacy gears, mine don’t have the pins but they will soon.
Even though I have not had any slipping problems I’m not taking any chances thanks for the tip. When i get back in my shop after my house is finished i might just try making some 4x gears I think a lot of legacy owners would want a set . but that won’t be till 2016 i have way too much house finishing first Bill From: legacy-ornamental-mills@googlegroups.com [mailto:legacy-ornamental-mills@googlegroups.com] Sent: Friday, 6 February 2015 7:08 AM To: legacy-ornamental-mills@googlegroups.com Subject: Re: FW: 4X gear set Hi Bill I have attach 2 pics showing each side of three of the gears. Note small black holes on each side of the gear. A small role pin is in each hole that goes though each gear and the delrin bushing thus pinning the two gears together. All the gears have two pins except for one that has only one pin. When I was using them one of the gears slipped on the delrin insert. I called Tracy he said to send them back and they would pinned them. They were OK after that. When ordering specify that they be pinned if they are still using the delrin inserts. Ron In a message dated 2/2/2015 4:37:28 P.M.
