Hi Russ
I am using the X axis The Revo does only have the one 1/4" TPI screw,
If I want to make a clean box joint cut* I sometimes* pull the router
towards me and take a very small cut 1/8 to 1/4" then release the plunge
and come over the top of the item and finish off by pushing the router
towards the rear. -Stops the splintering ,, I use the same technique on the
Woodrat
