Hi Joe,

Possibly they are a "prototype" device (made by someone like Tim, Mike, or Bill) that you mount a router in (maybe a Trim Router size one). 
It allows you to mill at preset angles into your stock - whether it is flat stock (board held in the horizontal vice kit) or round turning stock.

With that in mind, do you have other "mystery" pieces that could be components of the aforementioned "prototype"?

Just my thoughts.  (I was tempted to tell you they are a "fender skirt kit" for a go cart.  )
