Curt, The bone handle is very nice. It looks like it will "feel" good in the hand. What are the dimensions? Maybe I have missed a few links, but I thought you were using leather spacers in between each of the bone discs, because you couldn't glue bone to bone?
All that dust, do you not use any dust extraction? I am sure that bone dust is not very good for your lungs! It will be good if you can post some pictures to let us see what this handle gets attached to?
