*Your* source is "this nice person in my family".  So I would create 
a source for that person, "Type" would likely be "personal 
communication".  What that person told you about this particular 
clipping would be in the "Details".

Note:  I would still record it this way even if the person told me 
the newspaper, its date, etc.  as I would have no proof that that 
information was correct . . . and . . . that person is still *my* 
source for the data.  If I later verify an actual copy or microfilm 
of the newspaper I'll then add the newspaper as a source with a 
repository of where *I* found it.
