Hi John In VIEW --> MASTER LISTS --> LOCATION click on the Location you want to shorten. Just below the Location box there is an option to add a "Short Location Name". To use this Short Location Name on screen go to OPTIONS --> CUSTOMISE and select the VIEW tab. On the left near the bottom of the screen, tick the option "Use short location names on screen views".
Hope this helps. Regards Moira ----- Original Message ----- From: "John D.
