Jennifer,

Make sure Legacy is closed.
Use Windows Explorer to go to the Legacy folder on your hard drive.
To see where this folder is use Help > General Information. The Legacy install folder will be shown on that screen.
In the Legacy program folder delete the file timelines.usr.
Now restart Legacy and check that the problem has been solved.

Hello everybody! I was having trouble with the Acadian timeline appearing in
all my chronology reports, even though the box for it was not selected. So I
deleted it, as it does not apply to my family at all. Now it won't display
any timelines and instead I get an error message saying:
Error Displaying Timeline List.
Error 53: File not found
Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN?

Has anybody else had this problem and are there any recommendations for how
I can remedy it? I have done quite a bit of work since the backup before I
did this, and am not even sure which backup I would need to go back to.so if
there is a way to fix this without losing everything, I would want to do
that.

Sincerely,
Jennifer
