Thanks everyone for your help. In case it helps anyone else who has the same
problem, this solution worked after I deleted both the timelines.usr and
chron.usr files.

It's not deleting the timelines, just the settings file which seems to be
corrupted. When you restart Legacy and use the feature, a new one will be
created.
