I don't know anything more than what I posted. These sheet do not say
where
the records can be found other than stating that these records are not
available at National Archives, would be available throught the LjDS,
State
Archives and in books.

I don't know where I got it. This was back when I was going to remember

this stuff. Boy was I dumb!!! Sometime I just hate myself!!

It is two sheets lists info for 50 states. I could have it scanned &
emailed
to you or I would be more than glad to put in the mail to you. To me that
is
what this hobby/addiction is all about helping & sharing with each other.
