What I have done is, I create a word document which includes all transcriptions for the combo year/place, and if needed I can collected multiple states as the location. I then put all the 'years' in a ring binder, So I can see all in a certain place that I have already. After I add new stuff to my system, my last task is updating my ring binder. Don't leave home without it. I only need to print the 'changed' pages. Rich
