What I have done is, I create a word document which
includes all transcriptions for the combo year/place,
and if needed I can collected multiple states as the
location.
I then put all the 'years' in a ring binder, So I can
see all in a certain place that I have already. After
I add new stuff to my system, my last task is updating
my ring binder. Don't leave home without it.
I only need to print the 'changed' pages.
