Well, on Millennia's website, it says "Purchase Legacy 6.0 today and
we'll send you the upgrade to Legacy 7 for Free when it is released
later this fall."
I take that to mean it depends on _/*when*/_ you purchased Legacy 6.0,
so it is possible there is a charge. Of course, the official answer will
have to come from Millennia.
