Hi Dick, This appears to be happening for all Book Reports. The period is there in the Preview but not the space before it.
I see the period as a bug. Certainly the space before it is. I've put in a bug report.
So the only way to deal with it before a fix is in the RTF where you could search for
" ." (ie space period) and replace with either "." or nothing. Cathy At 10:41 AM 30/08/2007, you wrote:
