RTF( which stands for Rich Text Format) is a document format that
almost all wordprocessors can open.
It is very useful for emailing since, unlike other wordprocessor file
formats, RTF documents cannot harbour viruses. You might find that
email programs will strip any .doc attachments as a safety measure
but will allow .rtf ones to pass. Legacy has quite a few reports that
are available in.rtf
