Yes - I have a similar filter set up and at the end of each month I delete the Legacy emails that I could not be bothered reading. I will not attempt to explain my critieria for reading emails - except to say I read MOST that originate from a Legacy staff member and SOME that are new topics. I deleted over 1,500 unread emails from this group for the months of August - and I am firmly of the view that most of them were probably somewhat pointless.
Cheers

I also regret there is no Digest. To get around it I filter Legacy into its own folder and then sort mail by subject. I can then more easily batch-delete emails by subject and individual that I do not want to read. Roger
