I'm sure someone will be along soon w. detailed instructions but basically Ctrl-T, Clear all tag numbers (if you don't mind losing them) or pick an unused tag, then with the mother as the active person click ancestors. That should tag all her ancestors. If the report allows when you click Record Selection (at the bottom) one option will be Individuals with tag: #
