Cute PDF (www.cutepdf.com) is free and it doesn't put a logo on your stuff. I've used at work and at home for several years.

Hi Richard,

Printing webpages with a PDF printer is a good idea. There are a lot
and some are free. I use Jaws PDF Creator which isn't but have used
PDF995. You can use that free if you don't mind the sponsor logo on
stuff. You install them and then they are listed with your other
printer/printers and you choose the one you want when you go to print
(from File > Print)

Legacy Deluxe can output reports to PDF. It can't be used to print a
web page to PDF.

Cheers,
Cathy

John, Im fasinacted by your reply re turning docs from the web into PDF format. I am a begginer user, but I remember reading in the help files that Legacy itself can output to a pdf file. Could you possible use this function and how. Maybe some other reader has already used it. I have tried to capture a number of web sites as sources and always had some bits missing or out of format. Regards, Richard.
