I realize this is a tad off topic but if you do use the filing system
recommended by Geoff R. and lets say you have 5 binders... When you find
more things on someone in the first binder how much trouble is it to shove
stuff from binder to binder to make room for the new stuff in the binders
that have the lower MRIN numbers?
