Thanks to all respondents about the format of reports. I know about .rtf files and word processors, but wasn't wanting to spend the large amount of time required to edit the file once brought in (when a file is 50 pages or so, it's very time-consuming to go through and pull together all the broken lines, etc., etc.). But, I did want to share that, for my needs, through trial and error, I have learned that creating an HTML file is what works best. I can save it to the desktop and then cut and paste the entire document into MS Word. Very little, if any, reformatting is needed, and I can edit, delete information, or whatever I need to do. I wish I had tried that before I posted this question. Thanks to all, Barbara
