That's what I do for a lot of Occupation information particularly. I guess the only real problem is if I later find and earlier instance of an occupation - but in that case I just change the date and the subsequent notes. I put the date of the earliest known instance of an occupation in the sentence definition. Then in the Notes I add all other instances - sometimes noting a change of occupation as well. This works for me because I choose to print reports as Narratives with dot point sentences. Just means that some dot points are quite lengthy. But reads nicely in the final report.
