I'm not sure what you mean, Valerie. From the Index (is this what you mean by Name List?) you can pull down "Add" from the top=line menu, and add whatever the category of person is ( wife, son, unrelated, etc).
You might find it interesting and informative to pull down all of the menus and experiment with them, just to begin to find your way around a bit. You can't go too far wrong, as long as you are backing up at regular intervals. You will find it to be a good and worthwhile education.
