Are you trying to add names or look at sources? Some of the questions that come up on this list get me scurrying back to my database to see if I've missed something really obvious. I don't think the Name List is the place or a place period to be adding names but maybe I'm still missing something.

Thanks Janis.

No I mean the Name List so that I can see all the sources as I work though
the list.

I'm not sure what you mean, Valerie. From the Index (is this what you mean
by Name List?) you can pull down "Add" from the top=line menu, and add
whatever the category of person is ( wife, son, unrelated, etc).

You might find it interesting and informative to pull down all of the menus
and experiment with them, just to begin to find your way around a bit. You
can't go too far wrong, as long as you are backing up at regular intervals.
You will find it to be a good and worthwhile education.

Best,
Janis Walker Gilmore

Is it possible to add a new person whilst in the name list ?

If not which is the quickest way to do this please ?
